How do I change the display name on my phone?

To change the display name or extension for your phone please contact the Helpdesk by emailing helpdesk@acu.edu or calling (325) 674-5555. The Helpdesk will need the following information:

1.  The name to be changed and the new name. Please ensure the name is spelled correctly in your email or double check the spelling with the Helpdesk member creating your ticket.
2.  What is the "old" extension, and what name will need to be associated with it?
3.  What is the "new" extension, and what name will need to be associated with it?
