What if I no longer have access to my Multifactor Authentication phone number?

If you change phone numbers, your phone is stolen, broken, or otherwise inaccessible, and you can no longer receive MFA codes because they are being sent to your old number, we can reset your MFA.

We will need to verify security information over the phone. Please the IT Support Center at 325-674-5555.
