What if I no longer have access to my Multifactor Authentication method?

If you lose access to your multifactor authentication method (you change phone numbers, your phone is stolen, your app gets deleted, etc.), we can reset your MFA.

We will need to verify security information in person or over the phone. Please visit the IT Support Center in the library or call at 325-674-5555.
