How do I request an official transcript?

ACU currently utilizes the Parchment by Instructure system for students to request their own official transcripts.

To use this system see the following steps:

1. Navigate to https://acu.edu/office-of-the-registrar/request-a-transcript/
   • Alternatively, you can navigate to acu.edu/registrar and select 'Request a Transcript' under 'Services & Resources'
2. Select the 'REQUEST YOUR TRANSCRIPT' button, which will redirect you to https://www.parchment.com/u/registration/32181/account
3. Enter your email address.
   • If you do not already have an account, this will prompt you to create one.
   • This can be any email you have access to, it does not have to be your ACU email as you will be prompted to enter your school information, including your ACU Banner ID.
     • The Support Center recommends not using your ACU email, since you will likely lose access to that email.
4. Follow the prompts for ordering a transcript, noting the options for digital or physical delivery.
