How do I change my recorded voicemail greeting?

To change your recorded message:

1. Navigate to acu-edu.zoom.us.
2. Click Phone.
3. Click Settings.
4. Scroll to the Business Hours section, then to Greeting & Leave voicemail instruction.
5. Click Edit.

You can Reset to Default Media, Add Audio, or Choose from Asset Library to select audio that has already been added.

Adding audio lets you use Zoom's Text to Speech feature, Upload a file, or Record by Computer.
