When you are traveling for ACU, you will need to handle everything through ACU Travel application, Concur. You can get to Concur by visiting myACU and selecting "ACU Concur" from the dropdown, or by visiting this link. Before you begin using Concur, it will be helpful to make a request for an ACU Travel Card.
When preparing for a trip, it is helpful to understand the three parts of Concur you will be working with: Requests, Travel, and Expense. There is a fourth section, Approvals, for anyone who has to approve trip requests and expense reports.
Step One: Request
To begin, you will need to make a travel request for your trip:

After having your request approved, you can begin making travel plans.
Step Three: Expense
When the trip is completed, you will need to submit an expense report.
