How do I book a flight with Concur?

If you need to book a flight in Concur, follow the instructions below. You can also find a video demonstrating the process at this link.

1. In the Travel tab, use the Mixed Flight/Train Search, indicated by the plane and train icon. It is the default search option. It may be necessary to click a "Show More" link in order to see all the input fields of the search.
2. Enter the departure city/airport in the From field, and the arrival city/airport in the To field.
3. Enter the Depart and Return dates and times.
4. Click Search. If you have not already filled out your travel profile, you will be redirected to do so. It must be filled out in order to view flight search results.
5. Select you preferred flights (American Airlines is the suggested carrier) and follow the onscreen prompts to book using your Travel Card.
