How do I print a PowerPoint Presentation with multiple slides per page?

Printing from PowerPoint

Printing directly from PowerPoint requires the printer to be installed on the computer. In order to print to a lab printer, it is necessary to use a lab computer.

macOS:

1. On the File menu, select Print.
2. Select Show Details at the bottom of the dialog box.
3. In the Layout box, select one of the Handout options, depending on how many slides per page you want.

Windows:

1. Select File > Print.
2. In the print settings, click the black arrow to the right of the “Full Page Slides” button.
3. In Print Layout, choose the Handout option with the desired number of slides per page.
