To change your federal withholding, you can complete a digital W-4 Employee’s Withholding Certificate using this guide.
Make Changes Effective Immediately
- Go to the Add Federal Withholding Elections Task by searching for "Federal Withholding Elections" and clicking the task.
- Fill out the form to suit your needs, then check the box at the bottom to indicate that you agree, and click OK.
Make Changes Effective at a Future Date
- Go to the Payroll Hub - Worker Tax Information Report by searching for "Worker Tax Information" and clicking the report.
- Click Federal Withholding Elections.
- Select the date for it to take effect and click OK.
- Fill out the form to suit your needs, then check the box at the bottom to indicate that you agree, and click OK.
