Transfer an Employee to Another Manager
Transfer an Employee to Another Manager
To transition an employee that reports to you to instead report to someone else:
Begin by selecting your profile picture in the upper right and going to "View Profile"
Next, select the Org Chart button under your name and above "Team." This will open the current Organization Chart.
Find the employee you want to transfer, and click the "Related Actions" button.
In the menus, select Job Change -> Transfer, Promote or Change Job.
(If you are not the direct Manager for this person, instead select "Request Transfer")
Click in the box to begin editing and complete the fields as needed.
Click "Start". On the next page complete any required fields, then click "Submit".
The request will be routed to the appropriate personnel for approval.
