Update Employee Title
Update Employee Title
To update the title for an employee you manage, use the following steps:
From the Workday homepage search for "My Org Chart" and select the Report.
Find the employee whose title needs to be updated. Mouse over their card and click on the "Related Actions" button (three dots).
In the actions menu that opens, find "Job Change" and select "Change Business Title."
Complete the form that opens, including the date of the Title change, the new title and any comments describing why it is changing. You can also upload any relevant attachments if needed.
Click "Submit." The request will be routed to the appropriate approvers to be processed.
