Instructions
To submit your time as a student employee, go to Enter My Time by either searching for "Enter My Time" in the search bar.

Manually Entering Time
To manually enter time, navigate to the week on which you want to enter time, then click on a day to begin entering time. For worked time, leave the Time Type as "Worked Time" and enter the In and Out time in the appropriate fields. You can quickly enter time by entering a single digit. For example, just typing "7" will automatically convert the time to 07:00 AM.

If you work in multiple positions, you will need to select the position for each of your time entries. You will only submit the time for the week once all positions have been filled in. There is no need to submit multiple time reports.

Auto-fill Your Time
You can automatically fill in your time sheet for weeks that follow by selecting "Actions" and selecting "Auto-fill from Prior Week". Select the week you want to copy then click "OK".


Submitting Your Time
Once you have completed entering time for a week, click on "Review" on the right, add any comments if you need to, then click "Submit". The time for that week will be sent to your supervisor for approval.
