Enter Time for Non-exempt Employees

Instructions

To submit your time as a non-exempt employee, go to Enter My Time by searching for "Enter My Time" in the search bar.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

Auto-fill Your Time

You can automatically fill in your time sheet for weeks that follow a standard schedule by navigating to that week, selecting "Actions" and selecting "Auto-fill from Schedule". Uncheck any days you wish to exclude, then click "OK"

Manually Entering Time

To manually enter time, navigate to the week on which you want to enter time, then click on a day to begin entering time. For worked time, leave the Time Type as "Worked Time" and enter the In and Out time in the appropriate fields. You can quickly enter time by entering a single digit. For example, just typing "7" will automatically convert the time to 07:00 AM.

Entering Sick, Vacation, or Other Leave Time

Leave time will be submitted via a Leave Request. You will submit this separately from your worked time. You can find instructions for that in this support article: Submitting Time Off and Sick Time. Holiday time will be automatically added for you based on the official ACU Holiday calendar.

Submitting Your Time

Once you have completed entering time for a week, click on "Review" on the right, add any comments if you need to, then click "Submit". The time for that week will be sent to your supervisor for approval.
