The End Jobs task should be used for student employees. For other employees, use the Terminate an Employee task.
- Search for the End Jobs task (be sure to select End Jobs, not End Job).

- Select the person whose job you wish to end. You can view a list by clicking My Team.

- You will see a list of all positions the employee has that you manage. Select the one(s) you want to end and click OK.

- If you only manage one position for this employee, you will see the Terminate Employee screen.
- Set the Termination Date, Primary Termination Reason, Last Day of Work, Pay Through Date, add any attachments and comments, and click OK.
- If you manage multiple positions for this employee, you will see the End Additional Jobs page.
- Set the End Date, Reason, Last Day of Work, Pay Through Date, add any comments, and click OK.


- The process will be sent to HR.
