Applications cannot be restored through CrashPlan; you will need to install any applications you need.
There are two methods of restoring data:
Restoring Through The Desktop App
- Open the CrashPlan Application and log in if prompted.
- In the top right select "Restore Files"
- Select the computer you want to restore from:

- Select your user folder if it is not already selected.
- Select the folders you would like information from (such as Desktop, Documents, Downloads, Pictures, or Videos).
- If you want only certain files, double-click the folder and select what you want to restore:

- Select "Restore Files" in the bottom right corner.
- Click "Go."
- CrashPlan will save the requested files to your Downloads folder on your computer.
Restoring through the Online Console
- Navigate to console.us2.crashplan.com.
- Sign in with your full ACU email address and continue to log in through SSO.

- On the top bar, select "Administration," then "Devices."

- Select the computer you would like to restore from by clicking the icon on the "Restore" column.
- Select your User Profile. Do not click the checkbox
- Select the folders you would like information from (such as Desktop, Documents, Downloads, Pictures, or Videos).
- If you want only certain files, double-click the folder and select what you want to restore:
- Once you select the files you want to restore, click "Restore."
- CrashPlan will save the requested files to your Downloads folder on your computer.
