Why can't I see my courses on the Canvas app?

If you are on the Canvas mobile application and none of your courses are showing up, it is possible the app has opened the wrong Canvas.

Within the app, please do the following:

  1. On the Dashboard tab, select the three lines at the top left once the tab loads, then select "Log Out" at the bottom.
  2. Select the "Find another school" button.
  3. Enter "Abilene" in the "Find your school or district" field.
  4. You should see two to three results:
    1. Abilene Christian University
    2. Abilene Christian University Online
    3. Abilene Christian University Learning
  5. Select the Canvas Instance that applies to the course(s) you are trying to view.
    • Canvas Instance Applicable Courses
      Abilene Christian University Residential/Abilene campus courses
      Abilene Christian University Online ACU Online courses

If your courses still aren't showing up, please contact the IT Support Center at 325-674-5555 for further help.

Note: It is possible for you to have classes in both the ACU Online and Abilene Residential Canvases.
