What does it mean when my computer says there's no login domain available?

Sometimes, when you try to log into a Dell computer, you may get an error saying "We can't sign you in with this credential because your domain isn't available." This means that you are:

  1. Not connected to ACU's network
  2. Haven't signed into the computer before

The way to solve this is to connect your computer to an Ethernet cord on ACU's campus and sign in. If you are working from home, you can also log into the VPN from the lockscreen and connect that way as well. Afterwards, you can freely sign into the computer from anywhere.

If you are getting this error and you are connected to the ACU network through Ethernet or through the VPN off-campus, please call the Helpdesk at 325-674-4357.
