Why can't I see my courses on Canvas?

If you are on Canvas and none of your courses are showing up, there are two factors that may be causing this.

• The courses aren't set to be on your dashboard.
  • Go to Courses -> All Courses.
  • Click the star icon next to the courses you want to have on your dashboard.
• You've been sent to the wrong Canvas site.
  • If you are an online student the web address for Canvas should be acuonline.instructure.com.
  • If you are an on-campus student the address is acu.instructure.com.

If your courses still aren't showing up, please contact Team55 at 325-674-5555 for further help.

Note: As more and more classes are being moved to be online, you may end up having some courses in the online site as well as the on-campus site.
