How do I set up account recovery for my ACU account? (register for password reset)

If you have not set up account recovery, you will be prompted to do so when you log in. The message will say: "More information required. Your organization more information to keep your account secure."

Click next. You will be taken to the following page to set up security information:

From here you will need to set up at least two of the three options for authentication:

  1. Phone
    • Type your phone number and choose to have it send you a text or call you with an authentication code.
    • Enter the code and click Next.
  2. Email
    • Enter an email address you own other than your ACU email address.
    • You'll receive an email with an authentication code.
    • Enter the code and click Next.
  3. Security questions
    • Use the drop-down menus to select three security questions. Type the correct answers to the questions in the text fields.
    • Click Save Answers.

After you have set up two of the three options the Finish button will change to blue. Click Finish and your set up will be complete.
