How can I get a temporary authentication method for Mult-Factor Authenitcation?

If you've left your phone at home, your service provider is doing maintenance, or you're changing your phone but keeping your number, it is desirable to have a temporary way to authenticate MFA. For this purpose, we can set a temporary access pass. When your temporary access pass is active, you should be prompted to enter it after you enter your email address when signing in. If you prompted to enter your password instead, click the link under the password field to use your temporary access pass.

In order to set a temporary access pass, we will need to verify your identiy in person or over the phone. You can call (325) 674-5555 or come to our desk in Library. Once we verify your identity, we will need an alternate email address you can access where we can send the temporary access pass. The temporary access pass will be sent to you in a secure PDF, and the password to access the secure PDF will be sent in a separate email.
