Should your ACU computer fail to boot (start up), please provide the following information:
- Location of computer.
- Building and room number.
- Asset ID of the computer.
- Should be present as a 5-digit ACU sticker on the backside or underside of the computer.
- When the issue began.
- Exact details of the issue, such as if there is any visible error message, or simply no visual response.
If this is a lab computer or another multi-user computer, please also include the contact number of the faculty/staff supervisor of the area the computer is located in.
