If you find that you encounter either a loading screen that never ends or an 'external authentication failed' error when attempting to open Administrative Banner itself or a form within Banner:


Please follow these steps:
- Open your browser's Third-Party Cookies settings and ensure they are enabled.
- For Google Chrome, select the thee dots at the top right of the browser window, select 'Settings' near the bottom, select 'Privacy and Security' on the left, select 'Third-Party Cookies', and set them to be allowed.
- For Microsoft Edge, select the three dots at the top right of the browser window, select 'Settings' near the bottom, select 'Privacy, search, and services' on the left, select 'Cookies', and make sure they are not set to be blocked.
- Once your third-party cookies are allowed, restart your browser by closing it entirely and then reopening it.
