Printing from a Personal Device
If you want to print from a personal device to any of the printers in the residence halls or labs, go to acu.edu/print. You can log in with your ACU username and password. From here you will be able to upload documents directly. To change the printer you print to you can select it from the drop-down box in the lower right hand corner. You will need to search the printer in the list by typing in the name of the printer, which can be found on a label on each printer.
Common Issues
Here are some common printing issues and their solutions:
- If you see an error, regardless of it's message, check to ensure you have enough money to release the job you want to print. If you do not, you will need to print from a lab computer, where you will have the ability to add money to your account. There is not currently a way to add funds to your account otherwise.
- If your account shows that you have no balance when you log in, log out and ensure you are logging in with your ACU username, not your ACU email address.
