What do I do if ACUsecure is not in my list of available networks?

If ACUsecure does not appear in your list of available networks:

  1. Try rebooting the device.
  2. Check for available updates.

There are some locations on campus where ACUsecure is only available on the 5GHz band. If you see ACUsecure in some locations on campus, but not others, you may have a wireless network adapter that does not support a connection on the 5GHz band.
