How do I Find or Change my Voicemail PIN Code?

Your voicemail PIN is used to access your voicemail from your desk phone. If you check voicemail in the Zoom app or through the web portal, you instead authenticate with your email and password. For the same reason, you can also change your PIN in the web portal even if you don't know your current PIN.

Change PIN on the Web

1. Go to acu-edu.zoom.us.
2. Click Sign in.
3. Click Phone.
4. Click Settings.
5. Scroll down to PIN Code.
6. Click Show or Edit.
7. Type four to twenty numbers.
8. Click Save.

Change PIN on the Desk Phone

1. Press Menu.
2. Highlight Basic and press OK or Enter.
3. Highlight Change PIN and press OK or Enter.
4. Type the old PIN (a.k.a., current), new PIN, and type the new PIN again to confirm
5. Press Save.
