A problem is considered a Classroom Emergency when technology is not working in a for-University-credit class that is currently in-session or will be in-session within the next hour, or when technology is not working in Moody that is needed for chapel in Moody.
To report a Classroom Emergency, call ext. 6333.
The team member who answers your call will request the following information from you:
- Professor's username.
- Building and room number.
- Description of the problem.
- Callback number.
Following the call, a technician will come out to your location as soon as possible to fix your problem.
