How do I access Degree Works?

As a student enrolled during any catalog year after 2011, you automatically have access to Degree Works to see your own record.

Faculty and Staff needing to see their students' records must be granted access to Degree Works by the Provost's Office.

If you need to be granted access to Degree Works, please contact the Provost's Office at provostoffice@acu.edu.

There are two ways to access Degree Works. Faculty, staff, and students can access it from myACU Quicklinks. Only students can access it via Self-Service Banner.

From myACU:

  1. Log in to myACU.
  2. In the search bar, type in Degree Works.

From Self-Service Banner:

  1. Log into myACU.
  2. On the Left Bar, click "Banner."
  3. Once at the "Main Menu" in Banner, click "Student & Financial Aid."

  1. Within "Student & Financial Aid" click "Student Records."

  1. Within "Student Records", usually the eighth link down, click "Degree Evaluation" (this particular link is for catalog years 2011 and later)​​​​​​.
