How do I print a Google Doc?

Google Docs can be printed from your personal device to a university printer by following these steps:

  • Once in the document you are wanting to print, you should see something similar to the following:

  • Click "File."
  • Click "Download as."

  • Click the format you prefer to save your document as.
  • We suggest exporting your document as a .pdf so that none of the formatting within your document is changed in the saving and uploading process.

  • Save your document to a location or file on your computer that you can easily remember so that you can find it when you need to upload it to the Print Center later.
  • Navigate to the Print Center in your preferred browser.
  • Log-in to the Print Center using your ACU credentials after selecting "Sign in with Microsoft"
  • Click "Web Print" on the left-hand navigation.
  • Click "Submit a Job"
  • Select your desired printer and click "Print options and Account Selection" at the bottom of the page.
  • Select "Upload Documents"
  • Select "Upload from computer" and navigate to the file or location in which you saved your document earlier.
    • You can also drag your file within the "Drag files here" box around the "Upload from computer button.
  • Select "Upload & Complete" to print.
