You can set up call forwarding from the web portal, or if you have one, from your desk phone.
Web
- Go to acu-edu.zoom.us.
- Click Phone.
- Click Settings.
- Scroll down to the Call Handling section.
- Click Edit next to Call Handling for Business Hours or Closed Hours.
Desk Phone
Go to Menu > Features > Call Forward. You can select Always Forward, Busy Forward, and No Answer Forward. For whichever you configure, set it to on and enter the phone number to which you want to forward calls. On code and off code are related to features that we are currently not implementing.
