To purchase accessories or upgrades for your computer, contact the Support Center. If you have a specific item you would like to purchase, you can tell us that and we will get it ordered for you. If you're not sure what item you need, describe what you are trying to achieve to us, and we will identify the product that best fits your needs. Once we have identified the correct product, our Hardware department will contact with a quoted price for you to approve before we order it.
In order for us to order an item, you will need to provide us with all of this information:
- A description of what you need or a specific item.
- A FOAP to charge.
- Contact phone number.
- Location of the computer.
- Asset ID of the computer.
