The IT Repair Center is here to help with any advanced troubles your computer may have. If your problem is something we can't resolve quickly at our desk, we may recommend checking it in to our Repair Center. Here are the things that we provide support for in our Repair Center:
- Windows machines with Windows 7, 8, 10
- Mac machines with OSX/MacOS
Supported hardware that can be worked on:
- Mac:
- Any component, as long as the computer is under warranty.
- Hard Drives that are not under warranty.
- RAM that is not under warranty.
- Windows:
- Hard Drives that are not under warranty.
- RAM that is not under warranty.
- Certain other components (displays, keyboards, etc.) at the discretion of the Repair Center Supervisor.
- We are unable to make warranty repairs.

The IT Repair Center does not repair any phones, tablets, or smart watches of any kind.
