How do I rent a car with Concur?

If you need to book a car in Concur, follow the instructions below. You can also find a video demonstrating the process at this link.

1. In the Travel tab, use the Car Search, indicated by the car icon.
2. Specify Pick-up and Drop-off dates and times.
3. Specify a location to pick up the car in the Pick-up car at field.
4. Click Search.
5. From the search results, select National or Enterprise if possible.
6. Follow the remaining on-screen prompts to complete the rental using your Travel Card.
