How do I access the IT Support Portal?

You are currently in the IT Support Portal. Our support portal main page is located at acu.edu/support.

Some elements on, or accessed through, the portal may be restricted to active students and employees. Some restrictions may integrate with Google Workspace. To access this content, you must be signed in to your ACU Google Workspace account, and not any other Google account. Requests for non-ACU Google Workspace accounts to access this content will not be granted.

If you try to access a restricted element you don't have access to, you may receive an error message saying you don't have permission to view it, or HTTP 403 Forbidden status code. If you receive such an error when you believe you should not, the most likely cause is that your enrollment or employment has not been fully processed. If you are fully processed and still get an error, please contact us at support@acu.edu 325-674-5555.
