If TurnItIn is not submitting your article, one of the following things may solve the issue:
- Verify that you are actually submitting your assignment. TurnItIn bring up your assignment for preview, and there if often another submission button found by scrolling down within the preview that was brought up after "submitting" your document.
- Attempt to submit your assignment in a different web browser (i.e. chrome, safari, firefox).
- Clear cookies and cache for the web browser being used to submit the assignment
