What do I do If the Automated Attendant System is routing calls incorrectly?

To resolve this issue, please contact the Support Center by emailing helpdesk@acu.edu or calling 325-674-4357. The Support Center will need the following information:

  • Where the calls are being routing? (i.e. the incorrect extension they're going too and the location they are supposed to be going to.)
  • The times of the calls. The more exact a time you can provide, the easier it will be to find the discrepancy causing the calls to be misdirected.
