The error is caused by Windows not knowing its software license key. To fix the problem, a license key must be entered.
If the computer is owned by ACU, a technician will need to do this. Contact the Support Center at (325) 674-4357 or request help at this service.
If the computer is not owned by ACU, the owner will need to supply a license key and enter it by right-clicking My Computer --> "change product key."
