Information Technology provides general support for Windows and macOS.
Faculty and Staff
New campus computers are deployed with the latest version of either Windows or macOS. ACU IT provides support for computers that are in cycle for their respective replacement programs/budgets. We cannot guarantee support for out-of-cycle computers, regardless of OS version.
Students
The IT Support Center supports student personal computers and devices running the latest versions of their respective operating systems. The Support Center cannot guarantee support for issues caused directly by use of older operating systems.
