How do I change the recording of my name when people reach my voicemail?

Your personal verification recording plays so that your callers can identify your voicemail mailbox. To change this recording perform the following steps:

1. Dial 2801.
2. Enter you extension.
3. Dial *.
4. Enter your passcode.
5. Press the 'U' key for User Options.
6. Press the 'N' key for Name.
7. Press the 'R' key to record your name.
8. Press the 'R' key to review your name, 'D' to discard your name, or 'X' to exit and save your name.
9. Press the 'X' key again to exit to the main menu.
