What should I do if I can't remember my myACU password?

To reset your ACU password:

Navigate to myACU at my.acu.edu.

Click the link for “Can’t access your account?”

For “Which type of account do you need help with?” select “Work or school account.”

Enter your ACU email address and solve the Captcha by entering the letters/numbers (this is case-sensitive). Click “Next.”

You will have to pass two verification steps. You can use any options you have previously configured for Account Recovery or Multifactor Authentication.

Now you will be taken to a page to create a new password. You must enter it twice to confirm it. The new password cannot be similar to a previous one, must be at least eight characters in length, and must have at least one upper-case letter, one lower-case letter, one number, and one special character or symbol.

If you run into any issues, please call the IT Support Center at 325-674-5555.

Please note that if you have not registered for password reset by configuring account recovery email, phone number, or security questions, you will receive a page instructing you to contact your administrator. Call the number above to contact.
