What should I do if my computer breaks?
If you are a teacher:
Call the Support Center at x4357 with the following information:
Location
ACU name of computer (e.g. a sticker on the back of the computer with ACU#####)
Contact number
If you are a Student:
Please bring the computer by the Front desk and we can take a look at it here.
If the damage is severe enough then you may check it into the
Repair Center
.
If something needs to be replaced you will be updated with a link to the part that you need to order.
The repair center will install the new part and do data transfers for free.
