Problem
Customer tries accessing ACU mail by going through myACU and recieves and error that says "G-Suite invalid email. We are not able to process your request at this time. Please try again later." and when accessing through gmail is says "Gmail account could not be found."

Gather customer's information (username, phone number, etc.) and create a ticket for Enterprise Applications.
