Full-time (and FTE) employees can request password resets for groupmail accounts. Contact the Helpdesk with the email address of the groupmail account (groupmail addresses all end in @groupmail.acu.edu).
If you are a part-time employee, please have your full-time supervisor contact us.
If the groupmail account is used by a student club or organization, please have your staff sponsor contact us.
