If you don't remember your ACU Single-Sign On (SSO) password, you can use the "Can't access your account?" link on the login page by navigating to my.acu.edu.
If you are not able to use that link, please contact the IT Support Center at 325-674-5555.
NOTE: For security reasons, we will NOT assign you a new password using any text-based communication such as email. If you need a password reset, please call us.
Accounts that do NOT use SSO, and are NOT administered by ACU IT include:
- Authorized User (e.g., parents) pay portal accounts. These accounts are administered by Touchnet: customercare@touchnet.com or 1 (800) 869-8329. But the easiest fix is to have your student remove, and then re-add your access.
- Admissions Application accounts. These are administered by the department of Undergraduate Admissions.
- Computer accounts on computers not ordered through IT. E.g., student-owned computers, a computer purchased by an academic department directly from a retailer.
