Password Reset

If you don't remember your password, ACU IT can reset your password for any account administered by IT.

Most commonly, this includes your Single Sign On (SSO) and computer accounts on computers owned by ACU (purchased through IT).

Accounts that ACU IT does NOT administer include the following:

  1. Authorized User (e.g. parents) pay portal accounts. These accounts are administered by Touchnet: customercare@touchnet.com or 1 (800) 869-8329.
  2. Admissions Application accounts. These are administered by the department of Undergraduate Admissions.
  3. Computer accounts on computers not ordered through IT, e.g. student-owned computers, a computer purchased by an academic department directly from a retailer.

NOTE: For security reasons, we will not assign you a new password over email or digital correspondence. If you need a password reset, please call us.
