ACU IT provides telephone services for faculty, staff, and departments through Zoom using either an application (soft phone) or a physical desk phone.
With some exceptions (toll-free, emergency, etc.), all ACU phone numbers are in the 325 area code and begin with 674. E.g., the IT Support Center's phone number is 325-674-5555. When using one of these phone numbers to call another one, you can simply dial the last four digits, commonly referred to as the extension.
