You can access your voicemail using the Zoom app on your computer, phone, or tablet, and on the web. If you have a desk phone, you can access it there as well.
Desk Phone
If you have new voicemail that you have not accessed, a red light will flash on your phone. Your phone will also display a note stating you have a new voicemail, and one of the screen buttons will change to View. Pressing this View button will take you to the message. You can also access your messages any time by pressing the MESSAGE button or calling *86. When prompted, enter your PIN.
How do I change my voicemail PIN code?

- Navigate to acu-edu.zoom.us.
- Click Phone.
- Click Voicemail & Videomail.
App
Launch the app and go to phone. Go to the voicemail tab.
