Faculty and Staff
If you believe your computer needs hardware repair due to general malfunction or accidental damage, please contact the Helpdesk directly either by phone at 325-674-4357 or by visiting our desk on the main floor of the Library.
Students
If your personal computer is in need of some kind of hardware repair, please bring it to our desk on the main floor of the Library. Our frontline staff will triage the issue and then may check it in to our repair center for the repair.
